The restaurant staff has "received instructions" to not allow ANY modification on the burgers, I guess from the owner.
For example, if you don't like pickles: too bad, they WILL come with your burger. Don't want ketchup? Too bad, it will also be there.
Totally outrageous, unhear-of, crazy, nuts, bananas, especially in Italy.
The portions are also not impressive for what they cost.
Cool atmosphere, very true to “America” theme with baseball on TV and old school hip hop. Food was fine but beware no modifications are allowed to meals.

As an American I can say that this smash burger is great, but given that I’m lactose intolerant they were very inflexible to accommodate any changes and suggested I ordered something completely different. In the end they made the burger without cheese and it was amazing. I would suggest adding a burger without cheese to the menu to accommodate those with the same request.
I never had such a bad meat in burger in my life, for 20€ this is insane… burgers on pictures are completely something different. The Heinz ketchup, mayo, mustard are fake, have to be refilled with the cheapest mayo etc from METRO. Staff also arrogant… never again.
I came at 10.43 and they did not serve me despite saying it was open untill 11, even for a takeaway.
If you can't serve me at 10.43, just put a different schedule on Google.
No idea what all the hype is about, seems to be all the insta followers, Burger was a bit dry, fries were also dry, I've had way better burgers in many other places would say save your money
The burger was hard to eat, very dense, slightly dry and quite expensive.
